Maureen Fromfield is the Chief Operations Officer of MedAffect and runs Human Resources, Insurance Assessments, Sales Support Services and several other key specialty areas for the firm. In addition, Maureen acts as COO for Watertree Health®, where she optimizes the Human Resources, Sales Support Services and Internal Operations.

In 2005, the Director of Elite Models recruited Maureen to become the Controller for Elite’s North America market. She trained and managed the Accounting staff, improving the operational efficiency of the Accounts Receivable and Payable departments, Model Payroll and Treasury Management.

Prior to joining Elite, Maureen worked for a top modeling agency in New York with a highly-prized client roster including Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell and Elle MacPherson, from 1997 through 2005. She revamped the scouting, booking and financial operations of the Accounting department and trained staff on these new systems, improving the processes between its business and accounting functions both domestically and with the agency’s European offices.

Before this, from 1995 through 1997, Maureen trained as a certified public accountant at Rosen Seymour Shapss Martin & Company (RSSM), a leading New York accounting firm.

Maureen received her Bachelor of Science & Accounting from Fordham University. She is very involved in her community. Maureen volunteers at local soup kitchens and has set up a college scholarship program at her former high school.
